xpsflow is maintained in the open on GitHub, and that is the best place to reach the project.
- Questions and ideas: open a GitHub Discussion or an issue. Include the instrument and file format, and, if you can, a spectrum that shows the problem (the demo file on this site is synthetic and safe to share; your own data stays with you unless you choose to attach it).
- Bugs: open an issue with the command or steps you ran, the version (
xpsflow version), and the warning or traceback. Reports that includeresults.jsonfrom the run are the quickest to act on, because every number and every template used is in it. - Security: please do not file public issues for vulnerabilities. Use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting for the repository; the policy is also published at /.well-known/security.txt and in the repository's
SECURITY.md. - Reference data and templates: contributions of chemical-state values and fit templates are welcome as pull requests. Each entry needs a citation; the constraints page explains the format and the rules.
There is no mailing list and no newsletter. Releases are announced on the GitHub releases page, and the documentation on this site is generated from the repository on every change to the main branch.
